This includes our comprehensive inventory services as well as the future-oriented digitalization of shopping spaces. Every department plays its part in helping us achieve this goal, from Sales and Marketing to HR, Finance, Logistics and Operations.
Target achievement and employee development
So how do we achieve our goals as a team and as individuals? By breaking down our big goals into many small, achievable steps, tracking them consistently and reviewing them regularly. Together with our strategic partner Scaling Up, we are focusing our company on growth and goal achievement.
In monthly 1:1 meetings, managers discuss priorities and current developments with their team members. The focus is also on personal exchange: we work with a strong employee orientation and value open, honest feedback - in both directions. Individual development goals and measures are also recorded in our 1:1s. We have also established fixed meeting structures so that we can exchange ideas in dailies or weekly meetings.

Telephone interview
The first step is to invite you to a short telephone interview (approx. 30 minutes). There you can ask all your questions about the advertised position and about OMS Retail and we have the chance to find out more about you, your motivation and your specialist knowledge. The interview will be conducted by our recruiter.
Talk about Microsoft Teams
In the second step, we meet via Microsoft Teams for an online meeting. Here you will get to know the department management and exchange experiences and technical questions.

If we both have a good feeling and want to go further in the application process, we will invite you to our office in Garbsen to meet us in person. This will give you the chance to see how we work and get to know the team and your future colleagues.

What is the corporate culture like at OMS Retail?
Our values are the foundation of our corporate culture. These form the foundation on which everything is based. We meet regularly with our teams from Cyprus, Germany, Poland, Hungary and Romania to discuss corporate strategy issues and to actively work on a shared understanding of values.
Which values are particularly important to the management team?
Our managers represent our values and communicate them to departments and teams with every interaction and also to customers. What does cooperation between departments and locations look like?
Our motto is: collaboration without borders. Although we are not all in the same location, we regularly exchange ideas on a daily basis. We actively create spaces to come together - digitally, via our monthly Round Up, where cross-departmental insights and company information are shared, as well as on site . This happens, for example, at our offsite, which took place in the Austrian mountains in 2025 and brought employees from all our locations together for three days. For exchange, strategy and team building.
What role does feedback play in the corporate culture?
We have an open feedback culture and attach great importance to respectful and honest communication. In monthly 1:1 meetings between employees and managers, there is always room for reflection and in-depth discussions. In addition, feedback is of course always welcome in everyday life.
How are successes made visible and recognized?
We celebrate successes as a team, report on them in our monthly cross-departmental info meetings, share them in our internal company chats or celebrate on a grand scale, such as at our Christmas parties with annual reviews or at our offsite.
Are there flexible working time models or opportunities for remote work?
We offer mobile working two days a week. You can schedule these days to best suit your everyday life.
