1st inventory request and initial meeting

First contact via telephone, e-mail or website. In the initial meeting, we clarify your requirements, existing processes and optimization options. We discuss the inventory date and the compatibility of our software with your merchandise management system.

2. offer and order placement

Based on the initial meeting, we prepare a transparent, individual offer. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation and a detailed contract with conditions and service description.

3. inventory planning and preliminary discussion

During the planning phase, the Customer Success Manager discusses all the details with you. We create interfaces, configure test specifications and counting procedures. 4-6 weeks before the deadline, the OMS team leader holds a preliminary meeting to make the final preparations.

4. stocktaking

On the key date, our IT team prepares the technology. After zoning and a kick-off, the inventory begins. During the process, we carry out plausibility checks to ensure the highest quality.

After completion, you will receive the results and data as agreed. We can discuss your assessment of the implementation in a meeting.
