Team leader training

We prepare you optimally for your task: In an intensive training course, we will teach you everything you need to know about customer communication, building trust, conflict management and dealing with challenges.

Language courses

Most of our customers speak German. As your tasks in a leading position not only involve managing a team, but also direct customer contact, good German language skills are a prerequisite. We are happy to support you with training to bring your language level to the next level!

The application process

Have you found a position that you like and that suits you? Great! Here's what happens next:

  • When you apply for the relevant position, you leave all your contact details in the form
  • You may be invited to an initial 15-minute telephone interview

Have you applied as an inventory assistant? After the telephone interview, you will receive prompt feedback and possibly a contract offer! For a team leader position, the process goes a little further:

  • You will be invited to an online interview via Teams. All questions will be asked and answered here and we will find out whether it is a match!
  • You will also receive feedback and possibly a contract offer in a timely manner
