How can I apply for a job at OMS Retail?

What documents should I enclose with my application?

Please enclose a current CV with your application. Optionally, we would also be pleased to receive an informative letter of motivation and relevant references.

How does the application process work at OMS Retail headquarters?

Once your application has been received, it will be carefully checked by the HR team. If your profile matches the advertised position, we will invite you to an initial telephone interview. Depending on the position in question, further interviews will follow - at least one of which will take place in person on site. Assessments may also be used.

Does OMS Retail offer opportunities for further training?

Yes, the further development of our employees is important to us. We offer regular training courses, workshops and further training to promote your professional and personal development in the best possible way.

Are there flexible working time models or the possibility of mobile working?

We attach great importance to a good work-life balance. Our core working hours are between 09:00 and 14:00 - outside these hours, working hours are planned independently and in line with operational requirements. Mobile working is possible two days a week, although the exact arrangements may vary depending on the position.

What is the onboarding process like at OMS Retail?

Our onboarding includes a structured introduction to the company, getting to know the team and initial training. The aim is to give you the best possible start. On your first day at work, we invite you and your new colleagues to a welcome lunch.
