Our training courses and workshops impart practical knowledge in several languages - presented in an understandable way and tailored to the day-to-day work at OMS Retail.
Training & workshops
The OMS Retail Academy offers a targeted training program for employees who carry out operational tasks during stocktaking. The focus is on multilingual videos and handouts that enable long-term, location-independent learning and convey practical content.
This is supplemented by on-site training sessions that focus on specific work processes and are taught by experienced employees in a practical manner.
As part of these measures, employees who assist with stocktaking, for example, receive targeted instruction in the relevant processes - directly on site and with a practical focus.


Structured onboarding
During onboarding, we provide new employees with structured and personal support. In several meetings, they get to know key contact persons, gain an insight into relevant processes and are gradually introduced to their tasks.
In addition to the technical introduction, the focus is also on understanding the organizational environment and working together. The aim is to make it easier to get started, provide orientation and enable rapid integration into everyday working life.
In this way, we create the basis for sustainable integration and promote trusting and collegial cooperation right from the start.

At our "Offsite 2025", the head office and our branches came together. Four days in Austria were filled with encounters, exchanges and joint development.
