Your day-to-day work as an inventory assistant
Along your route, you will work in the customer's stores and scan the barcodes of products using modern equipment. The job is easy to learn and you will be well prepared for it through our training platform.
As a rule, you will work between 35 and 45 hours a week. After work and especially on your days off, it's all about exploring the area, planning excursions, sightseeing or enjoying nature. And the scenery is constantly changing.
On routes through Europe
As retail experts, we are out and about in our customers' shopping areas and carry out our services. For our services(inventories, ESL, in-store services), you will be on site with your project team. During the entire project, you are responsible for one customer and therefore travel along a predefined route to the various stores.
Great for our customers: You and your team know what is important during your assignment. As a result, you increasingly increase performance and process reliability and minimize errors.
Great for you: Thanks to our route concept, you'll get to work in a wide variety of locations, so you won't be working in the same place every day, but in new areas all the time. That's why you really get to see the world with us!

Organizational details
- You and your team will travel to the project location - OMS Retail will cover the travel costs.
- As a rule, you will travel there in comfortable coaches.
- Your accommodation is also organized and paid for.
- You will share a room with a maximum of one other person and benefit from WLAN as well as washing and cooking facilities as standard.
Course of the project
- During your time with the customer, you will grow together as a team, achieve goals together and constantly improve your performance.
- Your team leaderwill be your reliable contact person for all organizational questions.
- On your route, you will travel across Europe and discover many different places.
- At the end of the project, you will return home - and perhaps you will already be looking forward to the next adventure!

How long does the contract for the inventory job last?

What requirements do I have to fulfill to work for you?
You don't need any special language skills for our job - everything is easy to learn! But you should bring the following with you:

What are the tasks of an inventory clerk?
You will scan the barcodes of products in the largest stores in Germany and Europe - all with modern equipment. You don't need any previous knowledge, everything will be explained in advance in online training courses and on site by the team leader!
Where do the retail projects take place?
The locations are very diverse - in Germany and also in the surrounding European countries. Where exactly you are deployed depends on your availability and the length of the project.
How is the accommodation equipped during the project?
Your accommodation is free of charge and will be organized and checked for quality by our great logistics team. You will stay in hotels or vacation apartments, share a room with a maximum of one other person and have Wi-Fi, cooking and washing facilities as standard. The accommodation is no more than one hour away from the assignment location.
