Our HR team combines a wide range of tasks: from payroll accounting and recruiting to efficient onboarding processes and professional HR support. At five locations, we ensure that our employees receive the best possible guidance and support. Sophia Hoffmann has been part of the HR team for over three years and, together with our HR Director Nina-Christin Gebken, has played a key role in shaping and developing the department. The team has now grown considerably: 10 employees at five locations in Europe, including recruiters, HR generalists and HR payroll specialists.

Excellence in personnel management

The core of our work is to turn applicants into employees - and to create the best possible conditions for them so that they enjoy working for us. We look after our permanent colleagues at our locations in Hungary, Romania, Cyprus, Poland and Germany as well as up to 1,000 project employees during the peak inventory season.

Our HR expertise at a glance

Recruiting

Our recruiters create suitable job advertisements, conduct targeted interviews and find exactly the right candidates for us.

Personnel support

Our HR generalists handle contract creation, onboarding and all central tasks to ensure that new employees get off to the best possible start.

HR Payroll

Our HR Payroll Specialists ensure that salaries, expenses and notifications are processed correctly and on time. We do this with the Personio system.
