What does the application process at OMS Retail headquarters look like?
Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by our HR team. If your profile matches the advertised position, we will invite you to an initial telephone interview. Depending on the position, this will be followed by further interviews (in any case on site in the second stage) and assessments.
Does OMS Retail offer opportunities for further training?
Yes, the development of our employees is important to us. We offer regular training courses, workshops and further training to support your personal and professional development.
Is there flexible working or the possibility of mobile working?
We value work-life balance and offer you core working hours from 09:00-14:00. We plan our working hours around this in a responsible and customer-oriented manner. We offer mobile working 2 days a week. Both points vary in the respective positions.

Our unboarding includes a comprehensive tour of the company, getting to know the team and training to give you the best possible start. On your first day, OMS Retail invites you to lunch with all your colleagues.
