Your task
- Customer relationship management: You are in constant contact with our retail customers to understand their individual requirements and develop customized retail concepts
- Project management: You take responsibility for the successful implementation of your projects by managing and monitoring them from planning to reporting
- Process optimization: Through continuous analysis and collaboration with your on-site operations team, you will constantly work on improving our processes to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Project responsibility: In collaboration with your Operations team, you will take the lead for your projects and support the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Customer communication: As the first point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for effective communication and coordination to ensure that your projects run smoothly. Among other things, on-site visits to your customers and projects are important to you
What sets you apart:
- Completed commercial training or studies in business administration, logistics or a similar field
- Experience in retail is not a must, but an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to set priorities
- Team-oriented way of working and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
- A class B driving license
