Your task
- Customer relationship management: You will be in constant contact with our retail customers to understand their individual requirements and develop customized inventory concepts.
- Project management: You will take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects by carefully coordinating and monitoring them from planning to reporting.
- Process optimization: Through continuous analysis and collaboration with the Operations team, you will constantly work on improving our processes to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Technical leadership: In cooperation with the Operations team, you will take the technical lead in your projects and support the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Customer communication: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for effective communication and coordination, on site if necessary, to ensure that inventories run smoothly.
What sets you apart:
- Completed commercial training or studies in business administration, logistics or a similar field.
- Experience in retail is not a must, but an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM
- Very good German and English skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to set priorities
- Team-oriented way of working and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips at home and abroad
- A class B driving license
